What do you need to know about EuGenius Music's services? 1. Copyright All music productions are original works created by EuGenius Music. The copyright remains with the creator unless explicitly transferred by written agreement. EuGenius Music is currently not registered with GEMA or other collecting societies. 2. Use of AI Tools Modern production tools, including AI-assisted technologies, may be used during the creative process. All final works are artistically arranged, edited and finalized by EuGenius Music. 3. Licensing Usage rights are granted according to the selected service package. Non-Exclusive License The client receives the right to use the music for agreed platforms and purposes. The music may not be resold, redistributed or claimed as own composition. Exclusive License (Premium) The client receives exclusive usage rights for the agreed project and platforms. EuGenius Music remains the original copyright holder unless otherwise contractually agreed. 4. Payment All services require full or partial upfront payment unless otherwise agreed. Delivery of final files occurs after payment confirmation. 5. Third-Party Content If the client provides third-party material (vocals, samples, stems), the client confirms that they hold the necessary rights. EuGenius Music is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from client-provided material. 6. Commercial Usage Commercial usage is permitted only within the scope of the purchased license. Extended rights require a separate agreement.
